It comes with 2 million tokens per user and includes core AI functions such as: Elicit, Analyse, Transform, and Convert. Because Lite is free, it’s ideal for individual users or small teams already using Modern Requirements4DevOps who want to experiment with AI‑assisted requirement management.
What additional capabilities does the Plus plan provide, and how does billing work?
The Plus plan expands on Lite by increasing the token allowance to 30 million tokens per user and adding several advanced tools like QA Assistant, Impact Assessment, Dynamic Prompts, BYOLLM (Bring Your Own LLM). Billing options: US $20/month when billed annually or US $25/month when billed monthly. Plus, suits teams seeking more sophisticated AI features without committing to the full Ultimate tier.
How does the Ultimate plan differ from Plus in features and price?
Ultimate raises the allowance to 100 million tokens per user and adds functionality tailored for complex projects. You can access features like Generating Pseudocode & Test Scripts - Automatically produce pseudocode in languages such as Java or C and test scripts for Selenium or Ruby. SOP/Document Generator – create professional documents or SOPs from work items and export them to Word or PDF. Diagramming – generate and refine a variety of diagrams based on work item data.

Ultimate costs US $35 per user per month when billed annually or US $40 per month when billed monthly. It is recommended for compliance‑driven, high‑growth or innovation‑focused teams that need comprehensive automation.
What should I expect from the Enterprise plan and how is it priced?
The Enterprise tier is customized for large organizations (typically 100+ licenses) and includes everything in Ultimate. Because the offering is tailored, costs depend on the number of users, token requirements, cloud hosting needs and any add‑ons like BYOLLM or Bring Your Own Data (BYOD). Enterprises should contact our support team to get a detailed quote.
How does token consumption work and what happens if I exceed my allowance?
Each plan includes a monthly token quota that covers both your inputs and the AI’s outputs. Unused tokens do not roll over, allowances reset at the start of each billing period. If you exceed your quota, AI operations may be restricted until tokens refresh, or you can purchase additional capacity by upgrading to a higher plan or contacting sales for custom token counts.
Can I bring my own language model or data? Does this influence pricing?
Yes. There are two add‑on options:

Bring Your Own LLM (BYOLLM) allows you to configure Copilot4DevOps Plus or Ultimate to use your own OpenAI or Azure OpenAI service.

Bring Your Own Data (BYOD) lets you upload documents, wikis and work items so the AI can train on your organization’s data. It ensures contextual accuracy and data privacy. Like BYOLLM, BYOD pricing requires consultation with sales.

Both add‑ons are most relevant for organizations with strict data residency or customization requirements.
Is there a free trial, and what features can I test?
Yes. Copilot4DevOps offers a free 15‑day trial with instant setup. Trial users get access to all features, including Elicit, Analyze, Transform, Convert, Dynamic Prompts, Impact Assessment, QA Assistant and Codeless App Creation. The trial includes a 15 million‑token allowance per user and comes with support and resources to help you evaluate the tool.
Does the choice between cloud and on‑prem deployment affect pricing?
Copilot4DevOps offers the same base price for cloud and on‑premises deployments. However, larger cloud implementations (more than five users) may incur a small hosting fee. Organizations should consider this when estimating total cost.
What security and privacy measures are included, and do they differ by plan?
All plans inherit security policies from Azure OpenAI Service and OpenAI. Copilot4DevOps does not train models on your data, ensuring that customer data remains private. Modern Requirements holds ISO‑9001 and SOC 2 certifications, demonstrating a commitment to enterprise‑grade security regardless of plan.
What is the cancellation and refund policy for each billing cycle?
Monthly licenses can be cancelled at any time, and the subscription ends at the next monthly renewal.

Annual licenses can only be cancelled when the billing period ends. Early termination of an annual plan does not qualify for a refund.
